I can hear you talking, but it's like you're far away.it's like I'm inside my head, but there's this thick wall around my consciousness.  I can see you talking, and hear the sound, but it makes less and less sense. It is harder and harder to focus.  To grasp simple concepts.  I retreat farther and farther inside myself and I am still lost.
